Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only, unless otherwise stated.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt and must include a note indicating how you would like to proceed (exchange or store credit). Returns sent without prior notice may experience processing delays.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in new condition
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or any signs of wear
  • Items that cannot be resold as new will not be accepted

A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

Final Sale Items 

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Bridal pieces
  • Custom clothing
  • Samples (sold as-is)
  • Undergarments, intimate wear, swimwear
  • Hats, fascinators, and headwear
  • Fragrances


Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only when explicitly approved. If a refund is granted, the refund amount will be based on the current selling price of the item at the time the return is processed, excluding shipping charges.
