Purchases over $125 qualify for free shipping within the continental United States.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Shipping estimates are 3-5 business days within the continental US.
Shipping rates for purchases outside the continental US will be discussed at the time of purchase.
Lost weight and need an alteration? No worries, we'll be happy to make adjustments necessary. Follow the instructions above and send $50 per alteration in your package with adjustment details. We'll call you to confirm the adjustments.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery for exchange or in store credit only. All returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt and contain a note regarding how you'd like to proceed - exchange, store credit, or return if available to you.
Unfortunately we're unable to accept returns on sale items, custom clothing, undergarments, swimwear, fragrances, and headwear. Item must not be worn or altered. All returns will incur a $5 restocking fee.
Samples are as is. Sample purchases are final sale. All items purchased on sale/discount are final sale. All bridal pieces are final sale as are items marked final sale.
