1. Where is Sante Grace located?

Our corporate offices are in Los Angeles, CA.

2. Can I pick up my purchase?

Sante Grace is observing strict COVID guidelines so unfortunately,
we cannot offer in store shopping.

3. What stores carry Sante Grace?

We consider ourselves fortunate that several stores are interested in carrying Sante Grace. Currently we're in Matte Argyle located

4. Do you wholesale?

Yes we do. Contact us at Tracy@SanteGrace.com. You will need to provide a copy of you resale license or whatever document your state requires along with a copy of two previously paid wholesale invoices.

5. What is “pre-order”?

A PRE-ORDER IS THE RESERVATION OF AN ITEM THAT IS NOT YET AVAILABLE, BUT WILL BE SOON.
AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE IS INDICATED FOR EACH PRE-ORDER ITEM WITHIN THE PRODUCT
PAGE.
MIXED ORDERS CONSISTING OF CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS: THE PRODUCTS
WILL BE DISPATCHED AT TWO DIFFERENT TIMES, BUT YOU WILL BE CHARGED ONLY ONCE FOR THE
SHIPPING FEES.
ORDER CONSISTING OF PRE-ORDER ITEMS WITH DIFFERENT DELIVERY DATES: THE PRODUCTS WILL
BE SHIPPED TOGETHER ON THE LATEST ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE.
